First, let us begin by letting everyone know what has transpired over the past 12 months. Nationwide Insurance has taken ALL agents in the country and allowed them to become independent brokers. This change happened officially 7/1/2020. As we all know, this was right in the middle of the global pandemic.

We have had to adjust to new systems, new procedures, and learn about more than a dozen different carriers and their products. This has been an ongoing learning process for us for nearly a year.
